Exchange Policy

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. On the other hand, we don’t have refund policy, we only have exchange policy only in case of size issue and you will get the same product with updated size. If you want to exchange your order, send us an email at chitrkala1@gmail.com.

Our policy lasts 3 days, you have to inform us within 3 days after the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange after 3 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Further More, We don’t have any exchange, Refund or Return policy on Clearances sale orders, International Orders and on Kids Clothing.

To complete your exchange we require your order number , name and mobile number.

 

Shipping Cost

For Domestic orders , Shipping cost will be free in India if you choose prepaid mode/online payment mode but if you do Cash on Delivery then it’ll be 80 Rs Extra Charges for orders and it’s all depend on weight of orders.

For International orders , Shipping cost will depend on the quantity you purchase.
